How we work

The team is small and the surface is narrow: a routing engine, a measurement pipeline, one console and a body of written guides. That means whatever you own, you own properly, and there is nobody between you and the consequence of a decision.

Work is remote-first with a registered office in Glasgow. We hire across the United Kingdom and Ireland so that working hours actually overlap. There is no take-home exercise that runs past a few hours, and we pay for anything longer.

One thing worth knowing before you apply: this service operates in a category with a great deal of exaggeration in it. We publish our failure rates, we say where the product is the wrong choice, and we refuse claims we cannot evidence. If that constraint sounds like an obstacle rather than the interesting part, this will not be a good fit.
