Infrastructure Engineer, RPC and Observability
When a campaign underperforms, the first question is always whether it was the chain, the venue, or us. This role makes that question answerable in seconds.
The role
Everything this service does depends on getting reliable data out of Solana and getting transactions back in. That means an RPC layer that fails over cleanly, rate limits that we discover before a customer does, and metrics granular enough to separate network congestion from a venue problem from our own bug.
What you would own
- Own RPC provider selection, failover and the request budget across all services
- Instrument submission so confirmation rate, inclusion latency and failure cause are visible per venue and per campaign
- Build alerting that distinguishes a degraded endpoint from a congested network
- Keep the scheduled measurement jobs inside their execution budget
What we need
- Solid Linux, containers and infrastructure-as-code
- Practical experience running a metrics and logging stack that engineers actually use
- Understanding of rate limiting, backoff and failover under partial degradation
Nice to have
- Experience operating blockchain RPC infrastructure, self-hosted or managed
- Familiarity with Helius, Triton or an equivalent provider
These are genuinely optional. Nobody has been turned down for missing all of them.

- A written reply from someone who read your application, usually within a week.
- A conversation about what you have built and what you would want to own here.

- A call with the person you would work alongside, and an offer with the salary already stated above.
How to apply
Email support@solanavolumebotpro.com with Infrastructure Engineer, RPC and Observability in the subject line. Include your CV and a few sentences on what you would change first. A link to code, writing or a system you ran counts for more than a covering letter.
If you are unsure whether your background fits, apply and say so in the note. We would rather read an application that turns out to be a mismatch than miss one that was not.
