What the service does, what it deliberately does not promise, how payment and refunds work, and where the limits sit. Written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

1. What the service is

Solana Volume Bot Pro is a trading-activity tool. It executes real swaps of a token you nominate across Solana decentralised exchanges, in the pattern and volume you configure, in exchange for a fee. It is software you direct, not a managed fund, not investment advice and not a broker.

2. What the service does not promise

Nothing here is a guarantee of price movement, a trending placement, an exchange or screener listing, a holder count, or any commercial outcome. Trending algorithms, listing criteria and market behaviour are outside our control and change without notice. The only thing being purchased is the routed trading volume itself.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you have the right to generate trading activity for the token you nominate.
  • You are responsible for checking whether this activity is permitted where you live and under the rules of any venue, exchange or platform you deal with.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the mint address you paste. A campaign executed against the wrong address cannot be reversed.
  • You must not use the service in connection with a token designed to defraud, or in any way that breaches applicable law or sanctions.

4. Payment

The fee is a flat 2% of the target volume you configure, displayed in SOL before you commit. Payment is made in SOL on Solana mainnet to the address shown in the console. Sending a different asset, sending on a different network, or sending from a custodial exchange account may make the funds unrecoverable, and we cannot credit or return them in that case.

5. Refunds

If a campaign is stopped before it completes, the unused portion of the deposit is returned to the funding wallet. If a campaign cannot be started at all - for example the token cannot be resolved or no reachable liquidity exists - the payment is refunded in full. Completed volume is not refundable, since the cost of executing it has already been incurred on-chain.

6. Custody

The service is non-custodial. It never requests a seed phrase, a private key, or a wallet connection granting spending authority, and it therefore has no ability to move funds from your wallet. Anyone contacting you and claiming to represent this service while asking for a key is not us.

7. Availability

Solana network conditions, program upgrades on individual DEXs, and RPC availability all affect execution. We may pause, re-route or delay a campaign to protect its outcome. Extended outages that prevent execution are handled under section 5.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fee you paid for the campaign in question. We are not liable for market losses, lost profit, delisting, reputational harm, or third-party actions including exchange or platform decisions.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you run a campaign, and the date at the top reflects the most recent change.
